Gravity (2013)
Sandra Bullock plays Ryan Stone, a skilled engineer doctor on her first space shuttle mission, with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalski ( George Clooney) as the shuttle commander on his last flight before retiring, but the routine space flight is hit by disasters and the shuttle is destroyed, Kowalski and Stone become alone; they can only communicate with each other only and they are in this complete darkness. The silence surrounding them is deafening and tells them that they have lost any connection with the Earth, any chance of rescue. As the fear turns into panic, each gulp of air depletes their remaining oxygen, and the only way to return home may be to penetrate further into the terrifying space.
